2. Pack the Item:

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

3. Ship the Item:

  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please include the RA number on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

5. Refund or Exchange:

  • If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
